My story
Hello! To begin, let me introduce myself, my name is Loubna Tsaknakis, 32 years old from Paris. Yes, this is the person behind this ambitious little project MY NU DESIGNER, small but full of good ideas for projects that I hope will delight the followers of fashion off the beaten track.
There is nothing atypical about my background. Graduated from INSEEC Bordeaux, with a Master 2 in Management and International Trade, I worked in the event industry, advertising and communication.
One wonders “what does this have to do with MY NU DESIGNER? Indeed, there is none! My passion for fashion was always there in me, innate, so much so that for a while I started working on the creation of my own brand (ready-to-wear and accessories) in parallel to my professional activity. As time went on, my passion for fashion remained, but my entourage did not encourage me to follow this path. I was told that there were too few opportunities, under the pretext that it is a closed environment.
And then my brother came to my rescue! He had set up a luxury shoowroom in Rabat, Morocco, and needed someone to purchase and select products for his high-end and demanding clientele. Knowing my love for fashion, he had asked me ‘kindly’ to go to Milan in the big fashion houses (Valentino, Marc Jacobs etc…). I can tell you that I had a blast! Thanks bro 🙂 Very satisfied, and so am I! This only confirmed my determination to NOT give up. In short, ENOUGH about me!

Indeed, MY NU DESIGNER wants to highlight emerging fashion designers, full of talent that we let you discover through their products. For those of you who don’t know our instagram account yet, you will find a few models in preview.
