Deliveries and returns

Shipping time

Orders are shipped by MY NU DESIGNER from our logistics center in Saint Leu La Forêt. The average shipping time for each product is indicated on its card. If the product is in stock, the products are shipped the same day if you place your order before noon. If you order multiple items, the order will be shipped in a minimum of packages. The average shipping time will therefore be the longest product preparation time. In the specific case of over-ordered products, the average shipping time is specified on the item page and in your shopping cart.

Products in stock are shipped within 48 hours (working days)

In order to offer you a wide range of products, some items are ordered directly from the creators at the time of your order. For these orders, the average delivery time is 5 to 10 days and specified on the product sheet.

In order to save you time, some orders can be shipped directly from the designer. These orders are indicated by the mention Shipped directly by the creator on the product sheet. Types of delivery

Delivery in France (Corsica, Monaco) and Belgium

MY NU DESIGNER delivers all of metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco and Belgium.

The delivery is ensured by the service Colissimo of the Post office.

Delivery fees in France, Corsica and Monaco are free. The delivery costs in Belgium are at your charge and will be displayed at the time of the order.

The Colissimo service is a reliable and fast service that will deliver your orders to your home or workplace, and for your convenience, drop them off at the nearest post office if you are away.

MY NU DESIGNER also offers delivery in a relay point in France and Belgium by Colissimo post.

To receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you have your order delivered to an address where you are present during the day (your place of work for example), or to make sure that someone can receive the package for you (our shipments are all insured and delivered against signature in order to provide you with a guarantee and an optimal service).

Delivery Europe and International

MY NU DESIGNER offers delivery in Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Denmark, Greece, Cyprus and Romania.

The delivery is ensured by one of our partners: DHL, Chronopost, La Poste Colissimo, DPD, UPS or Fedex.

The delivery costs are at your charge and will be displayed at the time of the order.

For a request of delivery in another country (International), please contact the customer service.

Origin and condition of the product upon receipt

The products are always in new condition and sourced from the original designer or brand. The products are of course checked before shipping.

Returns

In case of non-conformity of the order or exercise of the right of withdrawal, you can return the products after receipt by respecting the following modalities: The products must be returned properly protected (if possible in their original packaging), in perfect condition for resale (not damaged or soiled by the customer), accompanied by any accessories.

The products must not have been used to an extent beyond that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product. Thus, they must not bear the mark of prolonged use beyond the time necessary for their fitting, or their test. They must be in perfect condition for resale.

The return costs are at your expense in case of exercising the right of withdrawal.

In case of non conformity of the order, we take in charge the expenses of return.

The return of the non-conforming product or following the exercise of the right of withdrawal gives rise to a refund within 14 days at the latest from the date of receipt of the returned product.
